FaxFinder Administrator User Guide 33
Outbound Fax Log
The Outbound Fax Log lists all submitted faxes that have completed. Outbound faxes currently in
progress or waiting to be sent do not appear in this list until they have been transmitted successfully or
the fax failed the specified number of attempts. Faxes are listed in chronological order with the most
recent at the top of the page.
Field
Description
Status
Current or final state of the outgoing fax listed. States include: Sent, Aborted,
and Failed.
Start Time
Date and time the transmission started.
End Time
Date and time the transmission completed.
Sender Name
Username of the person sending the fax.
Recipient Name
Name entered as the intended fax recipient.
Recipient Fax
Fax number entered as the fax destination.
Action
The only option is to display a pop-up window with fax details.
