If a lock file exits for this tty, remove it from /usr/spool/uucp

Useful modem commands:

AT&F.- set factory defaults

AT&WO- Store modem settings in non volatile memory

ATDTx- Dial phone number x

ATL- Display phone number storage

AT$SBxxxx Set serial port baud rate

AT$MBxxxx Set modem baud rate

AT$D1- Set DTR dialing

ATNx-Dial phone number stored at position x

Modify or silence results codes. Useful to eliminate many login messages and bad login userid's when

modem answers a calL Be careful with these. If ATQl is used, there will be no response from modem after

it receives a command.
