To create a new user:

1. Click on the Configuration > Licensed Users in the menu and

click + Button. Fill in all user details and click the Save button.

2. User ID: Login ID for login into the system.

3. User Name: A descriptive name for the user in the system.

4. Password: Password for login into the system.

5. Email Address: Valid Internet formatted email address. This is

important field to identify the valid user in the system.

6. User Role: A user can have either an Admin role or an ordinary

User role. Admin role will allows detail configuration of the system

while User role can only send SMS and manage contact groups.

7. Transmission Oid: This refers to the transmission option needed to

process messages accordingly. This can be located in the left

menu: Routing>Transmission Options. All user would need to pre-

tagged with a profile before message can be processed.

8. Avail Credit: This refers to the maximum number of SMS that a

user can send if they are bound by credit. The definition of bound

by credit is in point 10.

9. Used Credit: A record of total number of SMS sent.

10. Bound by Credit. A user can be set to be bound or not to be bound

by credit. When bounded, if the used credit is equal to the

available credit, no further SMS will be sent.
