Message Format Settings

1. Message Text Settings – Outgoing message text can be

customized with reserved words, fix text. Pre/Post concatenation

of message can be done here. For example: {MessageText} –

{UserName}

2. Subject Text Settings – Outgoing subject text can be customized

with reserved words, fix text. Pre/Post concatenation of subject

can be done here. For example: {SubjectText} – {UserName}

3. Recipient Number Settings – Outgoing recipient number can be

customized with reserved words, fix text. Pre/Post concatenation

of recipient can be done here. For example: {RecipientNumber} –

{UserName}

4. Send Body Text Only/Send Subject and Body Text – User can opt

whether to send the message with the body text in one single

SMS. Please note that this applies to delivery mode SMS only.

Failure Settings

1. Number of Failure Retries – This specifies how many times the

message is to retry sending before it is termed FAILURE or

SUCCESS.

2. Retry Interval – This specifies the minimum time needed for the

system to retry the message for sending again.

3. Send Message to another Mail Server after FAILURE – This

specifies the after action once the message is deemed to have

failed sending.
