The SIEMENS Helpdesk
Software Support
For customers who have a software support agreement SIEMENS provide support in three ways:
a. Regular Software Updates
b. Fault Fixes or Patches
c. SIESPACE/UTC Customer Support Desk
For full details about what support is provided, and the detailed procedures for obtaining the support, please
refer to your Software Support Agreement Contract.
The Customer Support Desk
The customer support desk (helpdesk) is available during normal working hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Friday 08:30 - 15:45
(Public Holidays and the Christmas period from Christmas Eve to New Years Day, or substituted days, are
excluded)
Please note that normal lunch time hours are 12:30 to 13:15 and during this time it may be difficult to contact
the helpdesk by telephone.
