Menu & Toolbar Overview
User Interface - Menu & Toolbar Overview
The menu and toolbar are used to access functions which relate to the whole system, such as configuration,
security, and reports. Often, the same functions are found on both the menu and the tool bar.
Main Tool Bar
The main tool bar is displayed when the user interface is not being used to add new devices to the system.
It contains buttons to:
● Select the currently active Map View
● Define Map Views
● Change Operating Mode
1. Switch to information mode - for normal operation
2. Switch to add (or equipment definition) mode - this will display a new Equipment Definition
Toolbar
● Schedule Events
● Run Reports
● Show the Status Panel
● Display this Help Information
● Display or Modify the Zone Configuration
● Blank all Car Park Signs
● Reset all Car Park Signs to automatic settings (after a Blank)
● Change Sign Luminance (where supported)
● Log Off
Equipment Definition Toolbar
The equipment definition toolbar is displayed when the user interface is in add (or equipment definition)
mode. It contains buttons to:
● Add a sign
● Add a car park
● Add a count site (or loop)
● Change Operating Mode - switch to information mode - for normal operation
● Display this Help Information
