AT Commands for EV-DO-EV3 Modems

Home Address $QCMIPHA
Set command sets the primary home agent address.
Read command returns the current status, in the format:
$QCMIPHA: <address>,<store_nv>
Test command returns the parameter range:
$QCMIPHA: ((0-255).(0-255).(0-255).(0-255)),(0,1)

<address> IP address.
<store_nv> Data store option.
0 Store in RAM.
