Notes:

1. Since auto-dialin is in raw mode, the module cannot switch back from data mode to command prompt.

2. If the “expect-string” is not received from the telnet server, the client onboard waits for timeout value (45

secs) and brings down the TCP connection. A maximum of 15 lines can be given in the auto-dial-in-chat-

script and the maximum length of the “expect-string” and “send-string” is 40 characters.

3. In data mode, if the network connection between the server and the IP Module fails, the IP Module tries to

reconnect to the server after some configured time and auto-dialin chat script should again be negotiated.

4. The data sent by the host to the IP Module during the initial power on, auto-dialin and chat execution is

discarded.

5. The command to view auto-dialin chat-script is
