Wakeup-on Call Feature
This command enables or disables the wakeup-on call feature.
Command: #set ppp <interface> wakeup-on-call <enable/disable>
This command sets the wakeup-on caller-ids
Command: #set ppp <interface> wakeup-callerid <callerid-num> <callerid-str>
Example: #set ppp ppp0 wakeup-callerid 1 „XXX:123“
User can configure 10 caller-ids for caller validation.
The delay in seconds before the “PPP linkup” initiation after receiving a valid caller-id.
Command: #set ppp <interface> wakeup-delay <1-60> secs
This command sets the modem init-strings for wakeup-on call functionality:
Command: #set serial s1 modem wakeup-init-string <init-num> <init-str>
Example: #set serial s1 modem wakeup-init-string 1 “AT+CLIP=1”
Show Commands
This command allows you to view the PPP configuration settings.
Command: #show ppp ppp0 configuration
This command allows you to view the PPP logical link status
Command: # show ppp [interface] link-status
Example: #show ppp ppp0 link-status
Up / Down
OK
This command allows you to view the PPP link IP address
Command: # show ppp [interface] ip-addr
Example: #show ppp ppp0 ip-addr
local: 192.168.2.1
remote: 192.168.2.2
OK
This command allows you to view the PPP traces
Command: # show ppp [interface] trace
Example: #show ppp ppp0 trace
If PPP trace is enabled and PPP deamon is started, then available ppp traces displays.
If PPP trace is disabled or no PPP link is tried after boot, displays the error.
ERROR: PPP traces not available
